![]() ![]() ![]() I walked back to the lobby and complained and was told “the hotel is full and you booked through a 3rd party”. The bell boy then took me to my room (2nd floor no elevator) and I have a baby. Upon arrival I asked if I was placed on a top floor. When I initially placed my reservation I specified the ages of my children. To top this off when checking out, there were lifestyle resort annoying sales people right in plain sight of Wyndham staff being pushy to hotel guests. People don’t pay to experience trouble or waste time unpleasantly on holiday or vacation to then sit in a hot lobby while you clean up your own mess. When expressed dissatisfaction staff member Evely or Evelyn (kept changing her name and no name tag) cut me off by saying “ I’m gonna cut you off right there mam, these things happen” I responded that her job as a customer service professional was to provide solutions not excuses and speak to guests in such an uneducated manner. Kerin the manager was the only somewhat competent staff member but it seems he only works two hours a day and is always home. Only positive was the food in the Mexican restaurant for the most part (all but the fish and dessert which were noticeably outdated and not fresh). A true embarrassment to the Wyndham name and the true professionals that represent this chain in other establishments. Staff treats guests like inmates as if these conditions are acceptable under the worst of standards. POOL FLOOR IS CHIPPING AND PEELING, Toilet became non operational and screen door was improperly attached. BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! NO HOT WATER, NO MINI FRIDGE, LESS THAN BELOW AVERAGE LIQOUR QUALITY, NO ROOM SERVICE AND THEY FORCE YOU TO EAT IN AFTER HOURS “restaurant” to keep plates there. ![]()
